How can I book a picnic or purchase a gift basket?
You can book directly through our site. For picnics, go to our picnic page, select your package, and indicate how many people will be attending. Then select the date and time you would like your event from our bookings menu, and we'll handle the rest!
You can purchase a gift basket under our Provisions Collection page. We will reach out to you via email to schedule a delivery.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Savannah and the surrounding islands (Tybee, Wilmington, Whitemarsh, Skidaway).
For events in Hilton Head, St. Simons, or other areas outside of Savannah we will be happy to accommodate with at least a week's notice! Travel fee may apply depending on distance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We make it easy for you to book your next luxury picnic or gift basket experience!

What is your cancellation policy?
For event cancellations we require 48 hours notice for a full refund.
For to-go picnics we require a 24 hour notice for a full refund.
Gift baskets can be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to scheduled delivery to get a full refund.
If weather is impacting a picnic event, we will be in contact to plan accordingly.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do! You can find our gift cards in our Provisions Collection - select your amount and add it to your cart.
Picnics
How many people can you accommodate?
Our picnics comfortably seat 8-12 guests. However, if you're planning a larger gathering, we’d be happy to accommodate your group with enough notice. Please reach out to us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure your party has a fantastic experience!
There is no minimum picnic size.
What locations do you recommend for a picnic?
We highly recommend Tybee Island for a perfect beach picnic! If you prefer something closer to the heart of the city, Forsyth Park and Savannah’s beautiful downtown squares offer charming, scenic settings for a relaxing day outdoors. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll help you find the perfect spot!
Where should we park?
Once you book your event and indicate your preferred location, we will send you an email with parking information for that location.
Can I customize my picnic experience?
Absolutely! If you have any special requests - decor, photography, videography, you name it! - contact us for pricing and availability.
What is included in a luxury picnic package?
All of our luxury picnic packages include a beautiful tablescape with place settings, seats, fresh flowers, elegant decor, and a Bluetooth speaker. Please see our Luxury Picnics page to see the different types of food offered for each package.
How long does a picnic last?
Typically, 2-4 hours depending on the occasion.
What happens in the case of inclement weather?
We want your picnic experience to be perfect—no matter the weather! 🌦️ Here’s our policy for inclement weather:
Rain or Bad Weather: If the weather forecast predicts rain, storms, or extreme conditions that could impact the safety or comfort of your picnic, we will contact you in advance to discuss the options.
Rescheduling: We offer a one-time reschedule for any picnic event affected by bad weather, free of charge, to a mutually available date. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the event.
Refunds: If rescheduling is not an option or you prefer to cancel, you can cancel with a full refund 2 weeks in advance. We offer a partial refund (less a small administrative fee) if cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the event. If canceled less than 72 hours before the event, we are unable to offer a refund, as preparation and setup are already underway.
Indoor Options: If the weather is unfavorable but you prefer to proceed with your event, we can assist with arranging indoor alternatives or suggest locations with coverage.
What do we have to do to set up or clean up?
If you are booking a luxury picnic experience with us, we will take care of all set up and clean up so you don't have to worry about anything!
What types of events do you accommodate?
Smaller events are our bread and butter - bachelorette parties, birthday parties, or romantic dates. However, we are more than happy to accommodate larger parties or corporate events with at least two weeks notice.
How does a picnic to go work?
Let us know how many people we should plan for (2-4), and once you book we will send you an email to arrange a drop off time at a location convenient to you.

When you order a custom gift basket, we make sure it arrives beautifully packed and on time! Here’s how our delivery process works:
